Deotel Hotels – Cancellation Policy

At Deotel Hotels, we understand that plans may change. To provide the best possible experience for all our guests, we follow a structured and transparent cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Standard Room Bookings

1 to 2 Rooms: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid charges. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur up to 100% of the first night’s stay, depending on occupancy and specific circumstances.

4 to 5 Rooms: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations after this period may be subject to up to 100% cancellation charges.

2. Wedding Bookings

Wedding bookings must be cancelled at least 20 days before the event date.

Cancellations made within 20 days may lead to partial or full retention of the advance payment, based on services reserved and preparations already made.

3. Event & Corporate Bookings

Event, conference, or corporate group bookings must be cancelled at least 40 days in advance.

Cancellations within 40 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit or applicable cancellation charges, depending on the scale and arrangements of the event.

4. Force Majeure / Situational Adjustments

In cases of unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Deotel Hotels reserves the right to evaluate cancellations on a case-by-case basis, with flexibility or credit note options offered at management’s discretion.

Important Notes:

Some bookings may be non-refundable. Please confirm the cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies may vary by property. Some of our hotels and resorts follow different terms, so it is essential to verify with the respective hotel during reservation.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or through the booking platform.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

This policy applies to direct bookings only. For bookings through third-party platforms, please refer to their respective cancellation terms.
