We are proud to be in a joint venture with JMC Hotels Group India, expanding our reach and enhancing our service offerings. Currently, we operate 26 hotels with 656 rooms across three states, and we are on track to open over 50 new hotels and resorts by 2027, aiming for a total of 1,000 rooms with full-service amenities.
At Deotels, our focus is on the mid-market segment, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 cities and hill stations. We actively seek opportunities for hotel and resort management contracts, revenue-sharing agreements, and lease agreements.
Our diverse portfolio includes brands such as (Budget- Deotel Xpress,) (Midscale- Deotel Inn,) (Upscale- Deotel Grand,) (Full Service Deotel Resort,) Deotel Motel, and Deotel Palace. Each property is designed to cater to a variety of needs, featuring world-class amenities, exquisite dining options, and tailored recreational activities.
