Accommodation Reservations

Flexible Cancellation:
Guests may cancel their bookings up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled check-in date without incurring any penalties, provided the booking was made at least 10 days prior to check-in.
Moderate Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee, typically equivalent to one night's room rate.
No-Show Policy:

Failure to check in without prior cancellation will result in a charge equal to one night's room rate.

Guest Registration

All guests must register at the Front Desk upon arrival and present a valid government-issued photo ID

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Rooms are available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.Check-Out: Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Room Occupancy:

Rooms are to be used solely by registered guests.Maximum occupancy per room is limited to the specified number of guests.

Noise and Disturbance

To respect the comfort of all guests, please maintain noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are allowed in the common areas but are not permitted in guest rooms without prior approval from management. All visitors must register at the Front Desk upon arrival.

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor public areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Guest Do’s and Don’ts in Hotel & Resort Premises

  •  Follow Check-in & Check-out Timings: Adhere to the hotel’s designated timings to ensure a smooth experience for yourself and other guests.
  •  Carry Valid Identification: Always present a valid ID at check-in for security and compliance purposes.
  • Respect Hotel Policies: Follow the property’s guidelines regarding smoking, noise levels, and visitor policies.
  • Use Facilities Responsibly: Enjoy amenities like pools, gyms, and lounges while respecting other guests and the hotel’s rules.
  • Keep Noise Levels Low: Maintain a peaceful environment, especially in hallways and common areas.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of waste properly and keep your room and common areas tidy. Lock Your Room & Secure Belongings: Always lock doors when leaving and use the safe for valuables.

Don’ts:

  • Do Not Smoke in Non-Smoking Areas: Always follow designated smoking zones to avoid penalties.
  • Avoid Loud Music & Parties in Rooms: Refrain from disturbing others with excessive noise.
  • Do Not Damage Hotel Property: Any damage to furniture, electronics, or linens may result in additional charges.
  • Do Not Bring Unauthorized Visitors: Follow hotel policies on guest visits and room occupancy limits.
  • Avoid Misusing Emergency Exits & Alarms: Only use them in actual emergencies.
  • Do Not Take Hotel Property: Items like towels, bathrobes, and decor belong to the hotel and should not be taken as souvenirs.
  • Avoid Cooking in Rooms (Unless Permitted): Many hotels prohibit cooking inside rooms for safety reasons.
  • Do Not Feed Wildlife (in Resorts): Feeding animals can be dangerous and disrupt local ecosystems.
