Hotel management graduate with over 30 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Mahindra Kumar Desai is a seasoned expert who has worked across a wide range of hotel categories, from budget to upscale and 5-star luxury properties across India. His journey began as a trainee and progressed to Vice President level, gaining expertise in various departments including F&B Production, F&B Service, Banquet Reservations, F&B Control, Banquet Sales, Front Office, HR, Finance, Housekeeping, Corporate Sales, Marketing, and General Management. In 2011, he founded JMC® HOTELS GROUP INDIA, where he accumulated numerous awards and achievements throughout his career. He also possesses significant knowledge in hotel projects, interior design, and the pre-opening and re-opening processes, contributing to the growth and success of the hospitality industry.

In 2024, he and his partners launched Deotel Hotel, Resort & Palaces LLP, an upscale and full-service chain of hotels, resorts, and places, continuing his legacy of excellence and innovation in hospitality.

Dinesh Paridar holds a graduation degree in Commerce and Civil Engineering, with over 20 years of experience in both the hospitality industry and real estate projects. He has successfully managed and coordinated numerous hospitality and real estate projects, showcasing his expertise in both sectors. His role also includes overseeing new recruitments and managing property renovations, ensuring operational excellence and continued growth for the company.
